Taliban kill notorious absconder in Charsadda-Pakistan

SHABQADAR: The local Taliban in the disputed villages of Charsadda killed a notorious proclaimed offender Ahmad Shah alias Getty Bacha and threw his dead body in the Ashey Koor bazaar early in the morning, residents told this scribe on Friday. Taliban, said to be the members of Jaish Muhammad, a banned outfit that was previously active in Kashmir and now supporting the Taliban movement in Afghanistan, threw the dead body in the marketplace and allowed no one to touch it. Eyewitnesses told that when the son of the owner of the marketplace, Rahil and his friend Omar Khitab tried to collect the dead body and hand it over to the relatives of the deceased the militants thrashed them and took them into custody. “The militant guarded the market and allowed no one to remove the corpse but finally allowed the relatives of the deceased to shift the body to his ancestral town in Charsadda for burial,” they said. The outlaw, who was also known as Cherg Bacha was captured by the militants some two months ago from Charsadda. “He was a notorious criminals who was involved in kidnapping for ransom and other heinous crime including murder and attempt of murder since long but there are some rumours that Taliban killed him to please his powerful enemies,” claimed residents. They added that with his cold blood killing, a long chapter of crimes had come to an end and that was why the people of the area were more than happy over the entire episode. |
